FaME

We deliver the Healthy You FaME (Falls Management Exercise) programme for older adults who have had one or more falls in the last year, or feel unsteady on their feet.

What is FaME?

FaME (Falls Management Exercise) is a specialist 24‑week programme delivered as part of the Healthy You service, funded by Cambridgeshire County Council. Designed specifically for people who want to improve strength, balance and overall fitness, FaME helps you feel steadier, more confident, and less at risk of falling.

Every class is led by a qualified Postural Stability Instructor, who will complete a pre‑exercise assessment with you, help you set meaningful goals, and adapt exercises so you can progress safely at your own pace.
